   Every Columbus Day weekend, Harbor Country becomes, Harvest Country.  As the leaves change colors and pumpkins ripen on the vine, your favorite Summer destination becomes your favorite Fall destination too.  Local businesses and organizations celebrate with special activities, social events and sales all flanked by an army of Scarecrows throughout the area to point the way from one destination to another.  Come pick a pumpkin, taste a wine from one of our many wineries, enjoy live music, fine art fine food and even finer chili at our chili cook off.  Whether it’s a bike, hot rod or hay ride that moves you you won’t forget the journey.  Click on the activities above to plan your weekend and find our Scarecrows or print up our map and play it by ear.  Harbor  Harvest Country is calling you.
